KRIS AVALON RAW & UNCUT IS BACK!

I had some drama earlier in the week in regards to my other blog, which has returned as of yesterday. So now that means I'm currently running two blogs. I'm still trying to figure out how to work the template's on this blog, and now that my original blog is back I have built such a large audience for the past five years, it's hard for me to decide which blog I will work on more. So I think for now I will keep with my original blog and eventually give it a new look within the next few weeks. So for news on Grace Jones, Miley Cyrus' penis cake, Mario Lopez stripping down to his undies on Ellen, Mary J. Blige's Oscar Snub, Rihanna's Thug Life Tattoo and a whole lot more, head over to krisavalon122.blogspot.com

CYNTHIA NIXON REFUSES TO CALL HERSELF BISEXUAL

After gay rights groups demended actress Cynthia Nixon (who is starring on Broadway in Wit) retract her comments on saying that she chose to be gay, The Daily Beast reporter Kevin Sessums asked Nixon about her previous 15-year relationship with a man, and her current relationship with Christine Marinoni:

I’m a bit confused. Were you a lesbian in a heterosexual relationship? Or are you now a heterosexual in a lesbian relationship? That quote seemed like you were fudging a bit.

It’s so not fudging. It’s so not. I think for gay people who feel 100 percent gay, it doesn’t make any sense. And for straight people who feel 100 percent straight, it doesn’t make any sense. I don’t pull out the “bisexual” word because nobody likes the bisexuals. Everybody likes to dump on the bisexuals.

But it is the “B” in LGBT.

I know. But we get no respect.

You just said “we,” so you must self-identify as one.

I just don’t like to pull out that word. But I do completely feel that when I was in relationships with men, I was in love and in lust with those men. And then I met Christine and I fell in love and lust with her. I am completely the same person and I was not walking around in some kind of fog. I just responded to the people in front of me the way I truly felt.

Nixon then told the reporter that it's her choice that she is with a woman, because to say it's not a choice would be "caving to the bigots":

I understand for political reasons why some people want to kind of squelch this idea that being gay might be a choice, because a lot of the rights we want are posited on the supposition that why are you denying me my rights any more than if I were created a different color? But I don’t feel the need to cede the definition of what a gay person is to the bigots. They don’t get to define who I am.

I agree that for the most part this is a political issue, and if she feels personally that she chose to be with a woman, which in my opinion you can't choose who you are because love knows no gender. I actually believe that Cynthia is bisexual, but she doesn't define who she is by labels.

SIMON COWELL & JADA PINKETT SMITH LAUNCHING REALITY SHOW ON DJ'S

After the okay success of The X Factor in the U.S., Simon Cowell is joining forces with Jada Pinkett-Smith for a reality show that will search for the world's best deejays. Simon has been developing the show for about a year and was looking to partner with the right people. Simon also says that he came up with the idea after realizing that deejays, such as David Guetta, Deadmau5 and Martin Solveig are becoming the rock stars of the dance community.

Says the actress, “This show will comb the world to find a new breed of talent. I am happy to be creating it alongside Simon Cowell, the Sony team, and my partner Miguel Melendez, on behalf of the Overbrook family,” she adds.

Says Simon on partnering with Pinkett-Smith. “As soon as I met Jada and Miguel from Overbrook, I knew they would be our ideal partners,” he explains.

The show is set to air in both the U. S. and the U.K., although the networks have not yet been announced.

The series will be produced by Cowell’s SYCO Entertainment and Will Smith’s production company, Overbrook Entertainment, along with Sony Pictures Television.

As someone who loves deejay culture and does music myself, I'm looking forward to checking out this series. Who knows, I might even try out. I just hope it's more interesting than Master Of The Mix 2 on BET.

TRUER WORDS HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN

With all the staged bullshit surrounding the Kim Kuntrashian/Kris Humphries divorce, Snoop Dogg has some advice for Kris about his soon-to-be ex-wife. "Can't Make A Hoe A Housewife." In the words of Shangela Laquifa Whatley, "Can I get a halleloo?"

Okay, someone please give Snoop his own talk show. I haven't laughed this hard since Joan Rivers went in on the unfunny skeletal bitch Chelsea Handler.

DEMI MOORE ENTERS TREATMENT FACILITY FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Last night Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital after placing a 911 call. The actress has been placed in a facility for "professional assistance."

Says her rep: “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.” The rep added. "She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends," her rep added

No drugs or alcohol were named as the reason for having a Heather Locklear moment, but TMZ is claiming substance abuse might be the reason. I actually don't think this is a substance abuse issue. I'm guessing Demi's under a lot of stress due to her pending divorce from Ashton Kutcher and the fact that he couldn't keep his dick in his pants throughout their marriage. Get well Demi.

HALLE BERRY'S FORMER NANNY TRIES TO FILE RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST GABRIEL AUBRY

Just when you thought al lwas civil between ex-lovers Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry, it looks as if the co-parents are back at each other's throats.

According to TMZ, Halle Berry’s nanny Alliance Kamdem tried to get a restraining order from Halle's babyfawwva Gabriel Aubry after she alleged that the model pushed her into a door while she was holding the couple's daughter Nahla in her arms. The restraining order was to prohibit Gabriel from visiting the child until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved, a motion that was (in my Suze orman voice)DEE-NIED by the judge.

Kamdem, who quit her job after the assault, said she feared retaliation by Aubry after the incident, but a judge ruled that her petition for a restraining order was insufficient.

In her declaration today, the nanny also claims Aubry pushed her out a door in June, and that he would “violently grab/take Nahla away from me” while Berry was shooting Cloud Atlas in Spain.

Gabriel's rep tells TMZ, "Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate."

The judge said Kamdem’s issues with Aubry should be resolved in family court instead.

The LAPD and child protective services are currently looking into child endangerment and battery charges against Aubry after the alleged confrontation with Kamdem.

BETHENNY FRANKEL'S TALK SHOW TO PREMIERE THIS SUMMER

After lots of talk, reality star and Bravolebrity Bethenny Frankel is about to get her own talk show. The former star of The Real Housewives of New York City and current star of the hit reality series Bethenny Ever After (which returns in February) will host her own show called "Bethenny" on Fox to be Executive Produced by Ellen Degeneres.

Here's what Frankel said in a statement, ”I’m absolutely thrilled to be working with Telepictures, Ellen DeGeneres and Fox in doing what I believe is the next best step in my life and my career.”

“My passion is connecting to, inspiring and being inspired by my fans. I’m ready for the challenge of this new adventure, and I’m going to tackle it like I do everything else in my life,” she added.

The show will premiere this summer on a six week sneak peek (a la Wendy Williams and Fran Drescher) on select Fox affiliates in Los Angeles and New York.

So for all those out there who think NeNe Leakes is the biggest reality star to emerge from Bravo, I think not because I've always looked at Bethenny as a smart businesswoman. From her sassy witty one-liners making her a household name, to her Skinny Girl Margarita empire, Bethenny is finally getting the success she deserves. Only time will tell if she will keep the interest of viewers, since it's about to get really crowded in the world of daytime talk come fall.

WHY CHELSEA HANDLER DOESN'T WANT TO FUCK WITH JOAN RIVERS

Yesterday on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show, Chelsea Handler had some not-so-nice words to say about the legendary comic and her daughter Melissa Rivers.

On Monday, Handler said to Stern, “What the f**k do I care about Joan Rivers,” adding that she didn’t appreciate some of what Rivers said on stage about her at a recent event.

So this morning when Joan and her daughter Melissa appeared on Howard's show to promote the second season of their reality series, Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best, the comic shot back with some fighting words, stating what we've all known - that Chelsea got her hit talk show by “f**king the president” of the network.

“She’s fine, she’s ordinary, she’s not a genius, she’s an ordinary girl that was f**king somebody high up in the industry and they gave her a break,” continued Rivers.

Adding that she thinks Handler is a “drunk” who’s not “particularly funny,” Rivers issued a warning: “Don’t you come after me, you whore!”

Now this is the kind of feud I live for. Joan is a living legend, and always keeps me in stitches whenever she's doing stand up (and every week on Fashion Police). I like Chelsea's show but only for the guests. Otherwise, she's not funny as a comic and her show Are You There Chelsea is god-awful. It won't be long before that shit show heads to the mid-season graveyard.

AURAL ORGASM: MAX BARSKIH - DANCE

As you all know, I have a deep love for electro-pop music, especially when male singers are stepping it up in the female-dominated field. Eric Saade, Vincent Did It, Adam Lambert and Simon Curtis just to name a few all have places in my heart, but Ukranian cutie patootie Max Barskih has unleashed his latest single, titled "Dance" which is also a 2012 Eurovision semi-finalist entry. There's alot of great talent coming out of the Ukraine, and looking forward to more music from this unbelievable talent. Listen to Max's infectuous new single and the video for Lost In Love below...

SEAL TALKS SPLIT FROM HIEDI KLUM ON ELLEN

Seal taped an appearance on Ellen yesterday (to air on NBC later today) and, of course, the elephant in the room was indeed ackowledged

I think we were shocked. You go into these things with the greatest intentions when you say ‘I do’ and you say ’til death do us part.’ Those vows hold value. They are not just words… You try and you work through it and the thing that you quickly realize when you are married and you become a parent you do the best that you can.

I've still got my fingers crossed that they will work it out. Check out the video below...

FIRST LOOK: ADAM LAMBERT - TRESSPASSING (Album Cover)

We're two months away from the release of Adam Lambert's sophomore album, and the singer surprised many of the Glamberts when he tweeted the exclusive album cover

Tweeted Glambatar:

"In addition to serving as Executive Producer of TRESPASSING, I'm also Creative Director. @leecherry is my Art Director and Photographer".

One thing I will give Adam - he's more believable as a creative direcror than Lady Gaga with that ridiculous Born This Way album cover where she did some bad photoshop of her as half woman/half motorcycle. Out of all the American Idol contestants that I love (besides Kelly Clarkson and Fantasia), Adam is the truth! March 20th can't get her fast enough.

CYNTHIA NIXON UNDER FIRE FOR SAYING BEING GAY IS A CHOICE

While them other Sex & The City chicks are still trying to find some relevancy outside of their breakout roles on the hit HBO series, actress Cynthia Nixon, who is currently starring in "Wit" on Broadway and has been acknowledged by GLAAD for her contribution to the LGBT community sat down for an interview with The New York Times where she opened up about her professional and personal life, and came under fire for insinuating that she chose to be gay:

“I gave a speech recently, an empowerment speech to a gay audience, and it included the line ‘I’ve been straight and I’ve been gay, and gay is better.’ And they tried to get me to change it, because they said it implies that homosexuality can be a choice. And for me, it is a choice. I understand that for many people it’s not, but for me it’s a choice, and you don’t get to define my gayness for me. A certain section of our community is very concerned that it not be seen as a choice, because if it’s a choice, then we could opt out. I say it doesn’t matter if we flew here or we swam here, it matters that we are here and we are one group and let us stop trying to make a litmus test for who is considered gay and who is not.”

Adds Cynthia, who has been in a relationship with Christine Marinoni since 2004: “Why can’t it be a choice? Why is that any less legitimate? It seems we’re just ceding this point to bigots who are demanding it, and I don’t think that they should define the terms of the debate. I also feel like people think I was walking around in a cloud and didn’t realize I was gay, which I find really offensive. I find it offensive to me, but I also find it offensive to all the men I’ve been out with.”

Sorry Cynthia, but millins of gays, including myself do not choose to be gay. You were in a long-term relationship with a man and had three children before you found your soul mate with a woman. So maybe you needed to say you chose the person you are with instead of saying being gay is a choice, because I'm sure some asswipe who works for Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrinch will run with what you said and will use this to push their own ridiculous aganda to mask the real issues. I'm not one for labels, but since we're talking I would think Cynthia classifies as bisexual.

CHELSEA HANDLER TALKS DATING 50 CENT, DISSES MARIAH CAREY & JOAN RIVERS

One of the oldest 30-year-old's in Hollywood Chelsea Handler stopped by Howard Stern's Sirius radio show yesterday, and the comic/talk show host revealed quite a bit, such as her relationship with 50 Cent (a relationship I still don't believe) and some not-so-nice words for Mariah Carey.

Says Chelsea on 50, who she dated in 2010: “He’s actually a lot different than you would think. He’s really sweet. I thought it was kind of amusing that I would even be with 50 Cent. I thought it was funny.”

She also said her friends Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, who you know you would never see holding their ankles in a back alley for a black man were fascinated by their brief romance. “My friends all loved him, my friends fell in love with him,” she said. “They loved that I was dating him. They were like, ‘Chelsea, come on.’ They were both laughing really hard at it… I mean, everyone was.”

50 had told Chelsea when they were dating that one of his ex-girlfriends still had feelings for him, and they finally parted ways when one of 50’s ex-girlfriends, rumored to be Ciara, appeared on her show. “We dated for a couple months and then we had a falling out,” she explained. “One of his ex-girlfriends was coming onto my show.”

Am I the only one who is thinking that he was fucking both Ciara and Chelsea at the same time and tried to do a duck and cover before Chelsea found out? “It was just so juvenile, I was at work,” said Handler before hurling insults his way. “Whatever I called him was probably the worst thing you could say to a black person, short of calling him the N-word. I said you’re like a street person, basically, something along the lines of being a gangster. It was really, really offensive and I hung up and I’ve never spoken to him again.”

Except when she makes the occasional "I fucked a rapper" joke on her talk show.

As you all know, Stern has the knack for getting just about anything out of celebrities, and she didn't hold back on Mariah Carey. “She’s worse than Elizabeth Taylor,” she said. “She’s just so ridiculous with her body. You see her one day and she’s like 50 pounds heavier or lighter. I mean, what is she doing? I don’t even understand what hemisphere people like that operate in. There’s nothing real about her and her Hello Kitty whatever…”

Mariah is doing what Janet Jackson is doing. Fuck a diet plan. Them bitches got their plastic surgeon on speed dial. I'm just counting down the moments when Nick Cannon is well enough to come up with a corny ass diss towards Chelsea, a ridiculous feud that these two have been going back-and-forth with for the past few years. Anyways, check out the video of Chelsea talking about 50, Mariah Carey and Joan & Melissa Rivers below...

2012 OSCAR NOMINATIONS

It's an exciting morning for many in Hollywood, because it's the day when the nominations for the 2012 Academy Awards are announced.  There's some pretty good choices this time around, including Melissa McCarthy, George Clooney, Viola Davis, Michelle Williams, Octavia Spencer, and The Help all getting nominees. I do wish Ryan Gosling had at least one nomination, since he was excellent in both Drive and 'The Ides of March'. The Actress In A Leading Role category is a bit overcrowded, since every actress in that category gave absolutely riveting performances. I'm a bit disappointed that The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo was not nominated for Best Picture, and director David Fincher should have been nominated as well, since he elevated the American version on a level the Swedish version did not. Oh well, better luck next year (fingers crossed Pariah gets a nomination in 2013). DIDDY LAUNCHING MUSIC-THEMED CABLE NETWORK

It looks like Diddy is about to add another notch to his ever-expanding resume. According to Broadcasting & Cable, the Bad Boy mogul is set to launch Revolt, a music-themed network that will make it's debut on 12/12/12.

Former MTV programming chief Andy Schuon is reportedly involved with the well-funded venture. He previously headed a music channel called International Music Feed (IMF). Diddy says that the network will be like the early years of MTV, but geared toward a black audience. Don't we have a channel like that already? It's called BET aka the Negro Network. I would have expected Diddy to launch a black version of Logo before the idea of Revolt, but until the channel launches and I see what kind of programming makes the line up, I'll hold my tongue until December.

ASTRO SET TO MAKE ACTING DEBUT ON PERSONAL INTEREST

I'm sure most of you remember rapper Astro from his stint on The X Factor, and for saying he 'd be better than Joe Camel Jay Z in five years, but the 15-year-old is set to make his acting debut on the February 9th episode of the hit CBS series Personal Interest. On the show, he will play a boy who wants to avenge his brother's death, but Reese (Jim Caviezel) persuades him to back off. Astro says says Caviezel taught him the key to acting. "You gotta drop and do 50 push-ups just to have people say, 'He's crazy,' " Astro explains. "Then you got nothing to be embarrassed about." Now he says he's ready for any role. "I want to do a movie with Spike Lee." As long as your acting isn't as awful as Justin Bieber when he was on CSI, I wouldn't mind checking to see Astro get his thespian on.

AURAL ORGASM: KHIA - PAY YO PUSSY BILL

You may all remember Khia back in the day when she was a one-hit wonder with My Neck, My Back. Now the self-proclaimed "Hood Princess" has returned with a brand new track called "Pay Yo Pussy Bill," which I'm sure will be the future anthem for all trash box hookers who work the pole with bullet wounds all over their ass and grills in their mouth. Check it out below...

WATCH: JIM CARREY'S DAUGHTER AUDITIONS FOR AMERICAN IDOL

Jim Carrey's 24-year-old daughter Jane Carrey took time to audition for American Idol, one of the most irrelevant competition shows on TV right now. I love the fact that she wants to branch out on her own as an artist and not off the back of her father, but you should have tried some other direction than AI, who will exploit you for who your father is rather than your talent. Regardless, she definitely has talent and moved on to Hollywood week.

GARBAGE TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM THIS SPRING

One of my favorite 90's Alt-Electro-rock groups Garbage have announced that they will release their new album independently in the Spring on their own label STUNVOLUME, and without the restrictions of a major.

GARBAGE LAUNCH STUNVOLUME RECORD LABEL AND WILL SELF RELEASE THEIR NEW ALBUM IN THE UNITED STATES IN SPRING 2012
BAND WILL RELEASE ALBUM ACROSS THE GLOBE VIA LICENSING DEALS WITH COOPERATIVE MUSIC, LIBERATOR, SONY AND UNIVERSAL CANADA
LOS ANGELES, CA – JANUARY 23, 2012 – Today we announced the launch of our record label , STUNVOLUME. We will self-release our upcoming studio album later this spring. We have had our fill of greedy corporate interest. We don’t like how they do business. This time we are going to do it our way.
STUNVOLUME will be distributed by Fontana in the United States. Around the world, we will release our album on STUNVOLUME via licensing deals with Cooperative Music in Asia, Europe and Latin America, Liberator Music/The Mushroom Group in Australia and New Zealand, Sony in Japan and Universal Canada in Canada.
Our aim is to put out music that is pure of heart.
We have been in the studio putting the finishing touches on our fifth studio album, our first in seven years. The new album is being recorded at Red Razor Sounds in the Atwater Village area of Los Angeles, CA. This is the first of our records to be recorded outside of Madison, WI. The album is being produced by Garbage, engineered by Billy Bush, and mixed by Butch Vig and Billy Bush.
Our intention is to make a great record that we have written, recorded and produced as a band.
We intend to tell the truth.
We are one.
Even though it’s hard.

FOX EXEC EATS HIS OWN WORDS AFTER RED TAILS BECOMES A BOX OFFICE HIT

After bringing in $19 million at the box office over the weekend, a Fox Exec. who was surprised that black people actually have money and will go pay to see a movie that doesn't have Tyler Perry Presents in front of it says that he was wrong.

George Lucas, who is married to a black woman has gone on the record to say that he has struggled to get studios to give him the money to make Red Tails, a film about the Tuskeegee Airmen. After growing tired of Hollywood's ignorance in believing that a film with a predominantly black cast won't sell (read: white people won't go and see it so why should they care), Lucas put up $60 million of his own money. It looks like he's going to get a return on his investment.

If someone wanted to make a movie about Jewish soldiers, you know they wouldn't hesitate to greenlight it. I was worried about Red Tails not because it stars an all black cast, but because it was going up against Underworld: Awakening, a film that already has a built-in audience. I just hope with the succcess of Red Tails Hollywood can put it's fear mongering aside and greenlight more movies that show black men not only in a positive light, but that other black actors besides Will Smith and Denzel Washington can do action movies. Now if only we can get someone to believe in a project featuring an all-gay and black cast that would be my dream project.

SNEAK PEEK: RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE SEASON 4 & UNTUCKED!

Next week marks the premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race season 4, and it looks like the best season yet. There's been a lot of criticism against the show focusing too much on the queens being bitchy towards each other and not a supportive, but those out there who complain about the girls fighting, you have to remember - this is a reality show and no one will tune in if everyone is lovey dovey. Check out a preview of Rupaul's Drag Race and Untucked below, and make sure you catch the new season when the 90-minute season premiere debuts on Monday, January 30 on Logo and OUTtv.

AIDS DRAMA THE NORMAL HEART HEADING TO THE BIG SCREEN

It looks like Ryan Murphy is putting together a dream team of A-list celebrities for his next film. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Murphy (Glee, American Horror Story) has recruited Julia Roberts (Snow White), Alec Baldwin (30 Rock), Matt Bomer (White Collar, Magic Mike), Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory) and Mark Ruffalo (The Avengers) to star in the big screen adaptaion of The Normal Heart, which is based on the book and play written by Larry Kramer. The Normal Heart details the rise of HIV/AIDS in New York’s gay community in the 1980s. Ruffallo will play Ned Weeks, who is one of the first to raise an alarm when what was then known as  “gay cancer" surfaces in New York. Roberts will play Emma Brookner, a wheel-chair bound doctor who is one of the only doctors in New York talking the new disease seriously. That role is the one that won Ellen Barkin her Tony last year. Bomer is playing Ruffalo's fashion journalist lover Felix Turner. John Benjamin Hickey (The Big C) played the role on Broadway and it won him a Tony as well. Baldwin is playing Weeks' brother, a lawyer having a hard time dealing with his sibling's sexuality. The only person who is from the play that is starring in the movie is Parsons, who will reprise his role, that of a Southererner who is a gay activist and part of a gay men’s health crisis group.

Kramer wrote the screenplay and Murphy will direct. The last film Murphy directed was Eat, Pray, Love, which also starred Roberts. Sounds like a good movie worth checking out when it's done. Even though HIV is still a pandemic in the United States, I thought we moved on from stories about gay men dying from AIDS. That was so 1992.

TEYANA TAYLOR TALKS LOVE, MUSIC & CHRIS BROWN ON THE BREAKFAST CLUB

Last week free agent Teyana Taylor sat down with Charlamagne and crew on 105.1 FM's The Breakfast Club in NYC to talk about the alleged rumors that she was dropped from Star Trak, starring in a straight to DVD movie with Amber Rose, her close relationship with Chris Brown, and them legendary tuna chugging rumors.

On being a free agent: “I’m in a LeBron kinda situation. I’m trying to see where I want to take my talent. By the way, I was not dropped. I got an official release.”

On starring in Gang of Roses 2 alongside Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose: “When I heard that it was a Western, I didn’t care about who was in it, I didn’t care about who was directing, I cared that I just did a film where I was a baby mother [Tyler Perry's Madea's Big Happy Family]. I got the opportunity to be a cowgirl.”

On her relationship with Chris Brown: “Sometimes it’s easy when you’re totally not interested in your brother. Sometimes as a sister, I fall back and give him his space because that is my like best friend. As a sister and as a woman, I give him his space because I know that’s the space I would want.”

On her breakup with Milwaukee Bucks player Brandon Jennings: “We’re both hard workers, but we’re both not where we wanna be yet. I need him to focus to get there and I need to focus to get where I wanna be. You never know what the future holds. We’re super cool and I actually respect him for that. We can finish what we started another time, but right now, [the focus is] my EP and the NBA.”

On her sexuality: “When I first came out with the sneakers and stuff, mind you I’m only 15 years old, so the fact that I was actually dressing my age, I was gay to the world. But now everybody’s wearing sneakers and it’s sexy. The tomboy thing is in now. It’s actually better for me, so they can stay out of my business when I am dating.”

I can't with these closet case bulldaggers and the need to pretend that you like dick because so many NYC girls look like Cleo from Set It Off. If you want to check out the entire interview instead of getting all the highlights, you can watch it below...

SIMON COWELL IS A SINGLE MAN

And the break-ups just keep on happening. Word on the street is that X-Factor judge and creator Simon Cowell has broken off his engagement with Mezhgan Hussainy after being together for two years.

Here's what Cowell told The Daily Mail: “We have had a break from each other.” Cowell tells the paper, “It is quite a complicated relationship… We are still incredibly close,” adding, “It’s not on, it’s not off, it’s somewhere in the middle. I don’t know if I will ever get married, but I am happy.”

The most honest judge on TV, who doesn't have many regrets also said that one thing he does regret doing is speaking too much on his relationship with Hussainy on Piers Morgan Tonight last year, “I have been pretty good about not talking about my private stuff, but I got caught up in the moment.”

Hussainy was a makeup artist on “American Idol” which is how they both met.

FIRST LOOK: WHITNEY HOUSTON & JORDIN SPARKS IN SPARKLE

Here is your first look at Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks playing mother and daughter in the highly-anticipated movie musical Sparkle, which is also a remake of the 1976 film. This is also the first movie Houston has starred in since The Preacher's Wife, which came out in 1996. Sparkle is the American Idol winner's first movie.

“Part of the fun of making this movie is definitely the costumes and the hairstyles,” the 48-year-old diva tells PEOPLE. “The movie is set in 1963, and we had a great wardrobe, hair and makeup person and I loved wearing the outfits.”

Sparkle opens in theaters on August 10.

SWV'S COMEBACK ALBUM GETS RELEASE DATE

Not too long ago I brought you the news that 90's R&B girl group SWV would be reuniting to release their first album in 15 years. The always fierce Sisters With Voices will release their new album I Missed Us on  April 10 via eOne Music/Mass Appeal Entertainment.

“It’s a great feeling to be back recording together again!” said the ladies in a statement. “Something special always happens when we come together.”

I'm just glad you ladies came to your senses and decided to release a new album, because it's always sad to see that most girl groups can't get past three albums before they break up.

As for the rest of the album, expect production from hitmakers Bryan-Michael Cox and Jazze Pha. In the meantime while we wait for April to arrive, check out their first single, “Co-Sign” which was produced by Lamb (Beyoncé, Monica) below...

2GETHER REUNION MOVIE IN THE WORKS

Remember about a decade ago when MTV created the boy band 2Gether and they had their own TV movie which parodied chart-topping boy bands like N*Sync and The Backstreet Boys? Well word on the street is that they are about to reunite for another TV movie.

2gether had a hit back in 2000 called U + Me = Us (Calculus), and according to reports, MTV is interested in doing a TV movie which will have the four remaining members taking a more DIY approach to the film. Meaning, the band will organize the show, film everything themselves and then package it for MTV ... which will ultimately decide if it will air on the network.

If that's the case why go through MTV if they're going to make you do all the work and not even give the 100% OK that they will air it. It would be a waste of time and money in my opinion. Or better yet, release it to the web. A portion of the proceeds made from the concert will go to the Michael Cuccione Foundation. Michael Cuccione (blue jacket) was a member of the group who died of cancer in 2001.

More on this story as it develops.

In case you need a reminder of who 2Gether is, check out U + Me = Us (Calculus) below...

BASKETBALL WIVES PRODUCERS HAS EYES ON VANESSA BRYANT

As you may all be well aware, Basketball Wives has been a pretty good cash cow for VH1 - like what the Real Housewives franchise has done for Bravo. TMZ is reporting that producers of the series has their eyes set on Vanessa Bryant and are about to make her an offer too juicy to pass up.

Multiple sources close to the production tell TMZ, producers are putting together "an extremely lucrative pitch for Vanessa" ... for her to become a recurring character.

As one source put it, “Vanessa has more than enough storyline and would bring the show to another level.”

Should Vanessa say yes, they will make her the lead character on the LA edition.

I've always thought Vanessa should have done a Basketball Wives reality series, but since she was married to Kobe at the time, you know she would have turned it down. A woman like Vanessa has to protect her assets. Now that she's divorcing her philandering, asshole of a husband, she would fit right in with them other chicks. Vanessa doesn't really need the VH1 checks, but if she does sign on I think she would make Basketball Wives: LA more interesting, sicne the only one bringing the heat on the first season was crazy ass Jackie. Them other chicks except for Draya, who's claim to fame was getting arrested for child neglect and briefly fucking Chris Brown were just plain boring.

MARC ANTHONY TRIES TO GET OVER JENNIFER LOPEZ WITH NEW TATTOO

You know what they say - the best way to get over someone old is to get under someone new. While J Lo is busy professing her love in shitty haiku's on Twatter, and parading her new piece around like her latest corporate-sponsored accessory, Marc Anthony was spotted in a tattoo shop in Miami on New Year's Eve, getting some ink in honor of his new 24-year-old girlfriend.

According to TMZ, the singer branded a tattoo of the Statue of Liberty on his right wrist, which now covers up a tattoo he had of his ex-wife name. The tattoo is a tribute to Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima and his "freedom" from you know who. Statue of Liberty is also a pet name Marc calls Shannon. Marc's 17-year-old daughter Ariana (above, right) was also front and center to witness the goings-on. Ariana also got a tattoo while she was there, although it's unspecified what kind of tattoo she got. Maybe it's a voodoo doll tat of her step-mother? One can dream, right?

I really don't get people who tattoo reminders of the people they are pussified or dickmatized by all over their body. Marc has no idea how long this relationship will last, and he's tattooing names and pet names all over his body. Some fools never learn.

JUSTIN BIEBER HAS HIS EYES SET ON FEAR REMAKE

In what I think is one of the worst ideas ever concocted to cinema, reports are circulating that Justin Bieber wants to star in the remake of the 1996 thriller Fear, the film that put Mark Wahlberg on the map and also starred Reese Witherspoon and Alyssa Milano.

According to Movieweb, the teen singer is such a fan of the movie he's become quite interested in playing the role of a psychotic boyfriend who stalks his girlfriend and her family. Wahlberg and Bieber are in talks to work on a basketball movie together (what Like Mike 2?), but as for a remake of Fear, there's no official word that there is a remake in the works.

Personally I don't think they need to remake Fear. It's one of my favorite movies and doesn't need a remake. Mark did a great job in the film, since casting directors were smart to capitalize on his bad boy image in the 90's. I can't imagine Lesbieber having the range of someone who could play scary, since his entire career is banked on how sexless and innocent he comes across. I'm all for people stepping outside of the comfort zone to play different characters, but if his acting is still as bad as his two-episode stint on CSI, then I suggest you stick to what you're good at, because we all know there's no way you're going to re-enact the finger-popping rollercoaster scene in the newer version.

ARETHA FRANKLIN CALLS OFF ENGAGEMENT

Well damn, Aretha's engagement lasted about as long as Kim Kuntrashian's marriage to Lurch Humphries (I'm exaggerating, of course, since Aretha only got engaged this month) because word on the street is that the Queen of Soul has called off her engagement with her man-piece Willie Wilkerson.

Said Franklin in a statement: “Will and I have decided we were moving a little too fast, and there were a number of things that had not been thought through thoroughly.”
“There will be no wedding at this time,” she adds.

If things were moving a little too fast between the couple, you could have had a longer engagement. No one says you have to get married the moment you become engaged. get to know each other a little better and then take it to the next level. I hope ReRe works it out because as far as I'm concerned, January's are bad luck months for break-ups. Too many of them are going around.

VIDEO: NICKI MINAJ - STUPID HOE

So Nicki Garbaj premiered her video for her latest single Stupid Hoe, which takes unnecessary shots at the Queen Bee herself, Lil Kim. What really irks me about people like Nicki, is the lack of respect these bitches have for the people who paved the way for them to look like some bootleg drag queen reject. So before you check out the video below, let me remind you of where this uninspired crack baby got all the ingredients to create the gayest music video this side of Amanda Lepore (except for that over-plasticized nose, she can take credit for that mess)
